Hard question since you didn’t include the name of your resort! Some resorts are sold as fixed weeks, and your usage dates are predetermined each year. Others are sold as floating usage and you have the ability to make reservations based on availability.
If your ownership is floating, call your resort to find out if you can simply change the dates. If your ownership is fixed, you will either need to bank your week with an exchange company- or possibly look to rent your week for this year.
