Timeshare rentals are increasingly becoming more accessible and can provide a fantastic value without the obligations of ownership.
If you plan on going to different resorts each year, and don’t want to depend on an exchange system- this could be the perfect option. One thing I recommend however, is to always use the services of a third party escrow agent whenever possible.
http://www.VacationsOnly.com is a great rental website powered by Timeshares Only, and it offers the value of by-owner rentals with the protection of a third party escrow and verification system.
If, on the other hand, you believe that you will be traveling to a certain area repeatedly- buying a timeshare week at your favorite resort is probably a better idea.
